Hi, I’m Clare. I am a fully qualified carer and have 11 years’ experience of caring for the elderly and the disabled. I have knowledge and experience of moving and handling in social care and can collect prescribed medication from the pharmacy on behalf of customers. I have a personal connection to care, which is where my drive and passion for helping people comes from. My late grandmother sadly passed away from Cancer a few years ago and I was able to support her during the painful and physically draining chemotherapy appointments, general hospital appointments and even shopping trips. It made a huge difference to my family knowing that there was always someone there to take her to appointments and to hold her hand when she really needed it the most. From my experience within care I know that not everyone has family or friends who can always be available to help and support in these circumstances, so let me be that person. I would describe myself as outgoing, kind, caring and a professional individual who will always go the extra mile to help where I can. As well as being passionate about care I am also a qualified manicure and pedicure technician.

FOUNDER / MANAGING DIRECTORMandy Catchpole
Hello! I’m Mandy. I am a fully qualified carer with 11 years’ experience of caring for and working alongside children with special needs, the elderly and the disabled. I have extensive skills within moving and handling in social care, which is vital for safely assisting our customers in and out of vehicles. I have experience of working with dementia patients, people who have seizures, and escorting young children with learning and physical difficulties to and from school. As a qualified carer I can collect prescribed medication on behalf of customers. I would describe myself as very lovable, kind, caring and a professional individual who always makes sure our customers’ needs come first. As well as being passionate about care, I am also a qualified beauty consultant. I have been a volunteer for 14 years raising money for a charity close to my heart Promise Dreams, a charity that is dedicated in helping terminally ill children, and their families fulfil their dreams. I have raised a total of £12,500 so far and continue to raise money for a wonderful cause. Back in 2000 I started to take care of my mum, who unfortunately had 3 strokes. I gave her the personal care she needed, and I would assist her to regular hospital appointments to help take the stress and strain off my father, as he found this whole life changing scenario very difficult too. My services to this company are in honour to my mum, she was one of the best care workers in the community, she was very well respected for her outstanding care and support, and I hope to continue in her footsteps and make her proud.
